Robert M. La Follette, Sr. Commemorative Coin Act - Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to mint and issue coins in commemoration of Robert M. La Follette, Sr., and emblematic of his life and accomplishments.
Restricts coin issuance to calendar year 2008. Imposes a surcharge of per coin, to be deposited into the United States Mint Public Enterprise Fund.
