Designates Forest Service trail number 3590 in the Williamette National Forest in Lane County, Oregon, that begins and ends at North Waldo Campground and circumnavigates Waldo Lake, as a national recreation trail that shall be known as the &quot;Jim Loop Trail&quot; in honor of Jim Weaver, a former Member of the House of Representatives. Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to install an appropriate sign at the trailhead of the Trail to indicate the name of such trail and to provide information regarding the life and career of Congressman Weaver.
