Public Official Accountability Act - Amends the federal criminal code to provide for a two-year increase in the prison sentence of public officials convicted of any crime: (1) committed during the course of official duty and intended to enrich such officials; and (2) involving bribery, fraud, extortion, or theft of public funds greater than ,000.
