Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island Federal Worker Fairness Act of 2007 - Requires the wage schedule and rates for prevailing rate employees in the Boston, Massachusetts Wage Area to be used to determine the rate of pay for prevailing rate employees in the Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island Wage Area.
