Detailed Summary

TRICARE Mail-Order Pharmacy Pilot Program Act - Directs the Secretary of Defense to conduct a two-year pilot program to educate and motivate beneficiaries to voluntarily increase their use of the TRICARE (a Department of Defense [DOD] managed care program) mail-order pharmacy. Requires the program to include at least 2,000 eligible beneficiaries in each TRICARE region, of whom at least 1,000 in each region shall be enrolled in Medicare Part B.
