This award should be made available for those of us who were wounded in combat but were not eligible for the CIB. I think this is a very good bill. I do not mind paying for this award.
MOGVET
This badge should be retroactively awarded to anyone who qualifies, not just those currently in Iraq and Afghanistan. It is an insult not to do otherwise
