AS a Police officer i respond to a high rate of calls from unstable people.I feel this is a big problem in the usa at this time.more help with mental health servies would be a start with this problem, I never new the how many people have serious mental health problems untill i worked for the police dept.

I am a new mental health counselor and as a recent graduate, it is difficult to make the student loan payments, and I am considering leaving the field. This legislation would greatly aid in the effort to recruit new child mental health specialist and retain current professionals. I urge congress to consider this legislation.
