first of all we have our parliament to ratifiey alow and other and we hane our constition so by any meanse any coudnt ratify low a bout us so from this fact members of the american congress they havent right to pass low and other so we sory because we are ethiopians ,the only contry that is not conolized in the world . lastely the americn government try to stop this type of intervension in our independece because we are not americans we the proud pepole ethiopians and we proud by our goverment the most democeat and intelegent leader PM meles zenawi
