I do not believe HR 1873 should pass in it's current form! It needs to include the removal of all fortune 500 firms from the federal small business contracting program. This can be accomplished by added annual recertification for all firms with EXISTING federal small business contracts. Please contact your senators and let them know this needs to happen

There is a middle ground called fairness that people can find in most situations if they look hard enough.
