Why hasn't this passed already--it was initially proposed in 2006 only to be shot down by business lobbyists who don't seem to care that a genocide is going on in front of our very eyes in DArfur. Let's quit talking about Darfur and DO something concrete --NOW

Isn't the cutting off of hands a typical terrorist tactic in genocidal wars? How can we truly effect change if we speak in retaliatory terms. Let our tools be language that supports a humane solution. Late in coming, but debate on HR180 begins 7/30/07. Write to your representative
