To increase the number of agents to be more vigilinat against terrorist activities, I personally feel the age limit should be raised to atleast 40 with a mandatory retirement at the age of 60. later in the individuals career they will more than likely be in a management position to pass along knowledge and training to younger agents. I vote for the change.....

To comply with the 911 commission and recruit enough Agents to fight terrorism this bill would increase the number of qualified applicants. I am a Marine Corps Veteran and a Police Officer with 16 yrs experience, but I just turned 37 and am no longer eligible. I would like to join the fight on terrorism please pass this bill and allow me to assist in protecting America

I’m approaching 20 years of active military service and will be applying for retirement within the next 12 months. When I leave the military I will have a degree in Search and Rescue, a second degree in Criminal Justice (Law Enforcement) and 20 years of leadership and management experience. However, current age limits restrict my ability to continue serving my country in a new profession. Passing this law would allow me to continue serving in a profession I have chosen rather than settling for what I can get.
