June 2, 2008, 4:32pm (report abuse)This bill will give us amnesty for any copyrighted material we have infringed. And like Dan says, It will end the abuse of DMCA. The Creation Science Evangelism had filed a False DMCA complaint claiming that the Kent Hovind music video that was posted on YouTube is theirs instead flagging the video as hate. The Hovind crime family and the CSE was charged of False DMCA claim. That's why this bill needs to be passed and signed into law.
