LOUISIANA IS A BOWL! THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY! THIS IS GOING TO HAPPEN AGAIN! WHO IN HIS/HER RIGHT MIND WOULD REBUILD ON SOMETHING THAT IS GOING TO BE DESTROY AGAIN!

LEAVE THIS STATE IN RUINS TO REMEMBER! or make it a park or history site! ACTS OF GOD ARE ACTS OF GOD TO IMPOROVE OUR LIVES! Not to continue with the same depresion!

Yeah, there's no reason to keep this city there if it's just going to be blown away. If there is some economic reason for it to be there then private industry will rebuild it.

Americans take for granted the trillions of dollars of infrastructure investments that have been put in place by the government. Having spent time in a third world country, where good paved roads are hard to come by, I appreciate the exceptional and expensive infrastructure we do have. Infrastructure enables an economy and it is the responsibility of the Governement to provide it.

We have paid enough allready, Besides, most of it will be misused & stolen any way. Let the Dem,s in control down there clean up their own houise, they are all on the take.
