August 7, 2006, 7:10am (report abuse)Americans take for granted the trillions of dollars of infrastructure investments that have been put in place by the government. Having spent time in a third world country, where good paved roads are hard to come by, I appreciate the exceptional and expensive infrastructure we do have. Infrastructure enables an economy and it is the responsibility of the Governement to provide it.
