Our grand plan for fixing health care with injections of information technology will fail. Government should remove itself from health care, let patients and providers decide for themselfes, And IT will flow where it is needed without grand five-year plans from the bureaucrats and politicians.

Right, and if we got the government out of regulating and paying for water quality we could drink from local stream. What planet do you live on, Friedman?
