Designates the Kenai Mountains-Turnagain Arm National Forest Heritage Corridor Communities Association as the Area's local coordinating entity. Requires the Association to prepare and submit a management plan for the Area.</p> <p>Requires the Secretary of the Interior to evaluate the accomplishments of the Area and to prepare and submit a report that includes recommendations for the future role of the National Park Service (NPS), if any, respecting the Area.</p> <p>Authorizes Appropriations.
