The White Lotus Foundation trains and certifies instructors of Yoga.
It doesn't make sense to me. Maybe they own abutting land or just have a friend in Washington?

Not really sure how you can buy land and not realize it sits on a national park either.
We will know if you are right tho James if they get it pretty cheap. IMO land that pristine should cost more then water front property.
