This bill allows LEGAL immigrants to fill temporary seasonal jobs only after no Americans can be found to fill them.

Help stop ILLEGAL immigration by supporting this bill.

Colon

Our small seasonal family business cannot survive without H2B.

Mike

Get this bill passed asap. Businesses need H2Bs

Robert

Ellen is correct. This bill is part of the solution to the problem of illegal immigration because it will help keep the H-2B visa program the viable alternative to illegal immigrant labor that it is- and it helps to protect American wages, workers and job availability in the process.

Linda

There is a need for these workers but in my industry there is abuse of signing paperwork that affirms they will withhold payroll taxes and pay Workmen's Comp. and then don't. Or they pay it and then make the H-2b worker reimburse them.

Maurice

It is imperative that we pass this bill. The trickle down effect of the business loss will effect us all!

Scott

The H-2B reform act allows seasonal workers to enter US legally, pay taxes then return home.

My company doesn't directly employee any H-2B workers, however my customers do. I would most likely lose a $6,500,000 per year business that owns buildings, employees 15 AMERICAN WORKERS, pays sales and income tax on that money, if this is not passed. This issue goes way beyond just the H-2B workers.

Tony

We should maintain this program that works. These workers pay taxes, spend money and then return home. They don't use the school system or abuse medical care. They are paid a wage set by the govt which meets the local prevailing wage We can't find domestic people to do these jobs unless you use illiegals. By capping this visa - you encourage use of illegals.

Tom

You got classified H2B as an immigration issue – let me remind you the H2-B visa is a nonimmigrant work visa which allows foreign nationals to enter into the U.S. temporarily to engage in nonagricultural employment which is seasona.
It is a small business issue.

Gene

The H-2B program is vital to the survival of my landscaping business. If the Save Our Small Business legislation is not extended we will be unable to recruit enough workers to fulfill our existing contracts.

George

Isn't it time that our gov't tried to help the very people that drive the American ecomony and train it citizens; small business. My small firm employees numerous Americans on a full time basis with benefits including; med, dental and 401k. The H2b program allows my firm to supplement my existing workforce during peak periods that can't be hired elseward. Washington needs to get out its election year politics and help all of us.

Sujan

Government is always supposed to help people, make them survive and prosper. Not extending the H2B returning provision means that it is not worried about the millions of americans who stand on businesses using H2Bs. It is not an issue to anylyze with political perspectives, rather it's a matter of business, econimics and development. If not extended this bill, the government will not of those anymore who are waiting for its help.

Jerome

Our business suffers without H2B we are trying to do everything legal and did is what you get... approve this Bill we need H2B.

FREDDI

WE'VE HAD TO BUILT OUR BUSINESS around this program re: NO ONE WANTS TO DO MANUAL LABOR... ran adds they work for 3 days and leave re: Social Services takes care of the rest....please pass the bill
