Harvard sure gets mad when you complain about their federally funded programs. It's not like other universities weren't allowed equal access.

The money is not enough. $2,500 for three months overseas? The costs of just being part of the program will eat that.

Conflict resolution? Will the fellows be in war zones? Will they be in countries that have US/UN sanctions? Will they be in countries where there is a military dictator and a coup? Where is the insurance? Where is the health care?

The costs are at least $10,000 for 180 days. Congress should allocate real money to have this program. It's a waste of time at these prices and there is no real plan for the fellows overseas. Congress needs to establish the conflict, safety and health program. The program is just some cash to go overseas and not survive.
