This is a great bill and it should be passed.

very good. this will give the children the oppurtunity to get involved to be constructive and aware of their choices and decisions,progressing in areas that are needed to stimulate mind body and soul working toward a goal and accomplishing it leads to active lifestyle that betters the self worth and health as a individual creates team work and work eithic and determination to suceed mentally and phisically.
