The Deseret Spectacle
This should have been entitled the "We the Christians Act." It's sole purpose is to strip away the rights of certain minorities to petition the Judiciary when state majorities infringe upon their civil liberties. In other words, if you're homosexual or non-Christian, Republicans would like to leave the door open to strip you of your rights, incarcerate or otherwise punish you for your sexual orientation, etc. This is a despicable Act aimed at redefining the Bill of Rights to exclude minorities Christians have long deemed undesirable.

Roe V. Wade is widely regarded as unconstitutional judicial legislation.
This bill is an attempt to overturn that by denying the courts jurisdiction on this matter.
From what I can see, it has effects that appear to be unconstitutional, but it will take serious research to sort it out.

A great bill! It will return democracy back to the people instead of the political whims of nine "out of touch" untouchables.
