An addition to this resolution of great importance is one to exempt American soldiers serving overseas from prosecution by the U.N.'s ICC, the International Criminal Court. A petition to Congress to support an ICC elimination amendment being added to H.R.2712 is in the works. Contact Ronald Wilcox, Uniformed Services League, P.O.
