Courtney

I want to know about this bill.

Darlene

Do you have any idea how many fathers are being falsely convicted of molesting their own children in order for them to lose custody to an ex?

Emily

Darlene - that is a problem. But do you know how many children are abused by recidivist sex offenders who are only getting parole? Here's one, which was exposed today: http://wral.com/news/news_briefs/story/3034625/. Trust me, there's many more where that came from.

Darlene

Two wrongs don't make a right! There are women out there that dont care that their child have a father! They will do anything to prevent that from happening so fathers cant get custody, even if it means convicting an ex of false allegations. I am not referring to the true convicts of molestation. God knows we understand there are true child molestors that are being released, but there are also falsely convicted men in prison that should not be there at all. Just give the whole justice system a total rehaul, STOP convicting innocent men. True molestors should not be released. You right that is a problem but so is falsely convicted men of child molestation.

Im with you on this one Darlene

Darlene Im totally with you my man was accused of this from his ex and she is out free and she really did this crime and the boy turned her in and the cop laughed because he thinks that we are having a vandictive motive but we do not we just know that she did this and clark county has wrongly convicted this man so we are trying to fight.

Darlene

NO;
We need to stop! Look! and listen!
Most of these cases have been false ly convicted!!
Listen to the unlikely lies an ex has given to convict a man she no longer cares about. Like a made up fictional character or wearing make up and a dress? make sure that these people accused of these hanus crimes are actually innocent before giving up on them.
appeals take too long and there is no other way to clear your name after you have been convicted.
Noone will give them a chance.
the only thing prosecutors look for are cases they can win!! it doesnt matter if they are innocent.
They need to fill that hole where the money is no longer coming in at.
The more people in prison the greater the amount of money they will get from the state and the FASTER THEY WILL MOVE UP THE LADDER ON THE POINT SYSTEM TO BECIOME JUDGE
There is no longer truth in this
justice system.
I say NO set them free as you would any other wrongfully convicted criminal. Keep Fighting
