So if the police seize the firearms at the residence how is the victim going to defend themselves when the defendant returns to the residence? Restraining orders are just a piece of paper and last I check they won't stop a bullet, or knife, or fist!

This bill has little to do with protecting victims of domestic violence and everything to to with the eventual confiscation of all legally owned firearms! It is nothing more than a stepping stone for the far left to use towards the implementation of an authoritarian police state!
