Re: Sec. 512 - I am appalled!! With the diminishing access to National Parks due to the economy, does this mean you can use your credit card to gain entrance and then wonder if your gun-toting next-door camper is going to target practice in the Park - just because some dipstick decided to sneak this in a totally unrelated law?...

So what has the following got to do with credit cards? (Sec. 512) Prohibits the Secretary of the Interior from promulgating or enforcing any regulation that prohibits an individual from possessing a firearm, including an assembled or functional firearm, in any unit of the National Park System (NPS) or the National Wildlife Refuge System (NWRS) if: (1) the individual is not otherwise prohibited by law from possessing the firearm; and (2) the possession of the firearm complies with the law of the state in which the NPS or NWRS unit is located....

"Prescribes procedures for the issuance of credit cards to full-time, traditional-aged college students. Limits the maximum amount of credit which may be extended to a college student for whom no one else assumes joint liability to the greater of: (1) 20% of the student's annual gross income; or (2) $500. Limits the aggregate credit limits of all such credit cards to 30% of the student's annual gross income in the most recently completed calendar year." This is a bill of "rights?!?!?!" I rarely hear greater doublespeak...
