<description>Government funded research belongs to the tax paying public. We paid for it in the first place! Why should we have to pay to read the results? Once again a for profit business wants to make their profit at our expense....</description>

<description>This bill is corporate welfare, pure and simple.  The high-priced, exclusive publishing companies cover none of the cost of doing the research and writing the papers, so they don't deserve a copyright giveaway....</description>
