<description>Afterschool programs are essential in rural areas. With all the hype about babysitters, parents need an environment they can trust. Rural areas are limited in the activities they can offer children. Afterschool programs can offer activities that might be beyond the families income. This could include big cities, amusement parks, museums, boat tours, etc. This bill could have a big impact on small rural areas. Please pass....</description>
