To alter the basic agreement between manufacturer and dealer without consideration for how it may adversley affect the dealer and their employees, without some protections to accommodate material losses to a dealer and their employees, who have promoted the sale and prominence in a community of that manufacturer, should not be allowed. That a corporation like General Motors and Chrysler LLC. could hold such sway over the livelihoods and lives of so many citizens of this country and effectivley force un- employment and possible devastation of so many people, without any recourse by them, is autocratic and unpallatible to a democratic society. In short to do what they are doing doesn't fit in our society and they should be HELD more responsible for their actions....
