If we want TRUE equality and opportunity in America, don't create bills that apply to some and not all. Crime is crime. Jobs are jobs. Law is law. Include EVERYONE or don't bother. Race, gender, sexual preference, etc. should NOT determine how law is written. If a law can't be applied to all, it should not be law. We are destroying America buy separating people further and further with biased laws. Entrepreneurship should be encouraged for ALL. Veterans and Native Americans can already use SBA programs. SCORE people should be business people with proven track records, not chosen based on 'socially' or 'economically disadvantaged' backgrounds.
