They are based in Oklahoma and some in Alabam(poarch creek). The Muscogee's that went to Florida are now known as the Seminole. And a large number of seminole were relocated to oklahoma. If these people are Muscogee (creek) then they are part of one of these tribes NOT a totally new tribe.
