They are William Leahy, Ernest King, Chester Nimitz, and William Halsey. They and the Army Generals were all promoted the same week in Dec 44 (Army, Navy, Army,Navy, etc. on alternate days). I realize this bill was introduced to recognize the Generals that attended the United States Army Command and General Staff College, in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. However, I believe it would be a much better program if it included all the 5-Star Generals. Thank you.
