Its the one they have been working on longer than a DECADE, been having all these Hearings with all these Doctors, Circadian Rythm Experts, Unions, University Studies, FRA, NTSB etc... They was looking to make changes because all the Human Factor accidents, the majority of them was related to a FATIGUED CREW.
