<description>I was looking for that &quot;RailRoad Safety Bill&quot; that is suppose to address the FATIGUE. Its the one they have been working on longer than a DECADE, been having all these Hearings with all these Doctors, Circadian Rythm Experts, Unions, University Studies, FRA, NTSB etc... They was looking to make changes because all the Human Factor accidents, the majority of them was related to a FATIGUED CREW. Can someone PLEASE tell me where I can find the &quot;RAILROAD SAFETY BILL&quot; that addresses FATIGUE?...</description>
