<description>There should be some help for areas that have shown they are trying to present local programs with local resources in an earnest way.  Our area ( Plattsburgh, NY ) has done so for 12 years and we are building up for 2014.  We could use funding assistance to build a museum and have a great celebration.  Our track record is established.  We are no flash in the pan so to speak.  This bill would help us in a big way....</description>
