There absolutely is no security benefit and we will be far more susceptible to identity fraud. It's one more form of the Feds spying on citizenry, to boot. We need to ask WHO precisely benefits from this law? Chipping companies, Data companies (perhaps the same that blocked thousands of voters in Florida in 2000?)and other digital info companies. As people learn more about this law there will be more opposition. This clause nullifies all state systems of birth registration and certification.
