<description>Medicare currently requiries a re-visit to a physician each 4 weeks for a new Rx for physical therapy to continue -- and Medicare incurs the cost of this addtional doctor appointment! -- even though the doctor (and the PT) know PT will be required for many more weeks. Rx's for longer should be allowed....</description>
