<description>Offenders with mental health problems require treatment that not only targets their mental health problems but also their antisocial behavior. Secure hospitals in Scotland, England, New York, Germany and Colorado have been training mentally disordered offenders patients using a cognitive training program - &quot;Reasoning and Rehabilitation&quot; (R&amp;R). A new version of the R&amp;R program specifically designed for mentally disordered offenders has now been successfully field-tested with patients in secure hospitals in England.
