<description>Cigarettes have and are taxed enough. I think that as a consumer of tobacco products and over the age of 21 that I should have the right to purchase cigarettes from any state that I choose, where I may be able to get the best price the the product I use. I beleive that I would use this bill to restrict sales being used for export and export from the United States only...</description>
