Fouts Springs is in an important location, at a portal to entry into the National Forest. This area is used for several recreation activities.

The Fouts Springs area best serves the public by remaining in the public domain.

Loss of use of the Fouts Springs area will have a negative impact on many National Forest users. 'Many' means thousands.

The presence of a prison at this location would have a big, negative impact on past, present, and future users.

I have personally planted trees in this area for fire restoration. I feel that i have a legitimate personal interest in the Fouts Springs area. I have been visition this area for about 20 years....

This area is truly beautiful, i have been there to camp and recreate many times. It is currently being used for youth rehabilitation, hiking, fishing, hunting, paragliding and hangliding and has been for decades.
To turn this area into a prison area makes absolutely no sense to me and would hurt a lot of people by taking away land that is already in use and making the surrounding areas dangerous! This bill absolutely cannot pass....
