This bill should cover adverse reactions to mandatory vaccinations including smallpox and anthrax. It should cover heart transplants, defibrillators, and hospital care in civilian hospitals when V.A. has a waiting list and the $4000 bottle of medicine required post transplant that my injured son must have!...

This Bill needs to go further, and protect disability from state courts from latching on for spousal support, as this disability pay is for Disability, not a way to support the able bodied. More and more state courts are stripping away pay from VA disability leaving the disabled Veteran vulnerable, while the able bodied spouse can work and improve their life, the disabled Veteran cannot, because they are unable to work anymore to make up the difference....

Absolutely Yes. This is a no brainer. Service is service no matter where or how and our military personnel do not have a choice where they serve or what they do. Suffering catastrophic injuries in the military is not something you have a choice in or control over so there should not be any stratification or distinction in where or how they are injured. We must treat our servicemembers equally with regard to the immense sacrifices they make for us and we need to extend every possible benefit. We can never give them back their arms and legs but we can take care of them the very best we can. We owe them that....
