My friends daughter and 4 other cheerleaders were sexually molested by a man it went to court they did nothing to him... how can you convict a hard working person because they thought they were on adult porn and the feds take your life away from you and try to put you away for 5 years when they can't prove that the pic was even a child just a possiblity it could be a child no positive identification. So I think the law should protect kids but it also should have the facts and prove it was a child before you convict someone who has never had any prior convictions no porn no cds no anything. This is outrageous. Anyone should be able to look at anything on the internet without fear of prosecution. This law would set a precedent for further laws restricting free access to use of the internet. Child pornography laws should prosecute only those who sell child pornography or who buy child pornography. Where there is no victim, there is no crime.
