<description>I don't see how there can be so many against this bill. I am a nurse and see first hand every day the way the nursing shortage effects patient care in a negative way. It is only going to get worse. HR 4001 is a way to expand nursing education and get more nurses in the field. We do the best we can as nurses but are just spread too thin. Don't Americans deserve quality nursing care?...</description>
