<description>The details of how much this bill will cost needs to be worked out &amp; assure that only those in real need gets cared for.

<description>This is a no brainer bill, that would greatly help the citizens who answered the call of duty on 9/11. Many have just recently experienced health issues, due to toxic inhalation.
 
Keep in mind that in NYC the workers were told there was no health concerns regarding air-quality, but in the Pentagon mandatory air-masks were issued....</description>
