<description>I was walking in a park next to a college where i live and a stupid pervert took a picture of me and while he was in his construction company work truck the only way i knew he had taken a picture is i heard it shutter click he was barely visable sitting very low in the seat i went to the college and reported it to campus security and gave them the tag number and company name.They reported it to the police so having cell camera click sound let me know i was being photograph without my permission.My stepdaughters will be going to college soon and this law makes me feel alittle better.Sandra...</description>

<description>This a good idea. I understand that the silencing feature will be disabled but child molesters and criminals can find their way to break that feature, however I think that it is a great start and it will eliminate a great deal of exploitation. I also think that this will help with cheating on college campuses....</description>

<description>And what about cameras that don't go click?  &quot;Criminals&quot; will turn to silent cameras.  Or open source driven machines.  Why not add a law requiring a flash and a puff of smoke while you're at it?...</description>
