<description>The cost stated today seems minicule... but it is an ESTIMATE. 
and no doubt I will be thought stingy, but it is these LITTLE(?)amounts that continually add up to BIG amounts. Is everything that's proposed really necessary? Or is it a congressman championing for re-election?...</description>
