<description>A bill like this is enormously important.  Most people don't realize that Medicare does not generally cover long-term care services until it's too late.  And it is increasingly difficult to qualify for Medicaid, and you're stuck with fewer care choices under Medicaid anyway.  Long-term care insurance has been very helpful for two different members of my family and this Congress needs to do more to help regular people afford to purchase it....</description>
