I'm being scammed on a $48,000 mortgage with a $160/mo PMI because, according to my lender, I'm a single female with no male co-signer and my credit score was below 750 at the time of signing (in 2003). Having worked in the mortgage industry for 5 years I knew this was all bogus. The lender then told me they would sue me for fraud if I attempted to refinance the mortgage at any time before the 20 year deadline and start foreclosing on the house if they even found out I would sue them or try to refinance.

This bill had better help!!!...
