Wade is widely regarded as unconstitutional judicial legislation. This bill is an attempt to overturn that by denying the courts jurisdiction on this matter. It's sole purpose is to strip away the rights of certain minorities to petition the Judiciary when state majorities infringe upon their civil liberties.
