<description>Why don't we just rename this bill  &quot;The Universal Right to Commit Voter Fraud Act&quot;?  The party rep (volunteer?!?) brings the ballot to your house then hovers over you while he watches you vote.  No problems there, right?  Good grief, Congress, we are not stupid.  No, No and H*ll NO!...</description>
