Since most of us that suffered financial loss have come to the resolution that our money is gone, it appears that nobody cares anymore. No action has been taken on this Bill since 6/25/2007 where it was passed to the sub-committee on Border, Maritime and Global Counter Terrorism. As I learn more about how Bills are passed, it says most of them never leave the sub-committees. Do the sub-committees even look at them ?

I would really like to see where the sub-committee at least says "yes" or "no" to a Bill, so that I can have closure.

Final Comment: Not only did my daughter and I experience financial loss, but my daughter's senior trip was ruined. She will remember that for the rest of her life....
