No action has been taken on this Bill since 6/25/2007 where it was passed to the sub-committee on Border, Maritime and Global Counter Terrorism. As I learn more about how Bills are passed, it says most of them never leave the sub-committees. Do the sub-committees even look at them ? I would really like to see where the sub-committee at least says "yes" or "no" to a Bill, so that I can have closure. Final Comment: Not only did my daughter and I experience financial loss, but my daughter's senior trip was ruined.
