<description>why would anyone be against this bill unless they are lobbying for the credit reporting agencies? credit reporting agencies do allow multiple use of one social securty number for different people. This allows 3 different credit reports and victims of identity theft never know that someone is using their own name but your social security number. The victim then cannot get credit from a lender because someone else is already using it......</description>
