<description>I don't think it matters what you use as a primary means of identification.  Be it a National Identification Number or a SSN, the Identity Theft problem still exists.  Identity Theft will not go away until we can put some teeth in the penalties....</description>

<description>This bill is an absolute MUST for the people and to uphold the Constitution. We are constantly being forced to give out our SS number on too many things and it was NEVER intended to be used as an ID for each individual except for the purpose of Social Security....</description>
